Doing a 'Louis' on someone was where one kid was getting angry and threatening towards another in a particularly uncontrolled manner, almost irrationally and out of proportion to the reason for getting angry. The person would be having a 'Louis' themselves, but at the same time doing a 'Louis' on the other kid. For example, "Whats up with him? All I did was break his pencil and he did a 'Louis' on me.".
