It was essential that the phrase 'you wedgy kegger' was uttered in a shrill, nasal tone, and it was broadly understood to have something to do with smelly pants, perhaps originating from the separate slang phrases 'kegs', meaning pants, and 'wedgies', i.e. the practice of yanking said pants right up the crack of one's unsuspecting victim.
